Advent

In yesterday's Papel Literario, Patricia Guzmán writes about the Venezuelan poet Hanni Ossott. She includes the following statement by Ossott as the epigraph to her essay:

"...one shouldn't ask life for anything, she offers at her own time. We can't ask life desperately to give us a book (...) Books arrive or they don't. The book is an advent."
