I've been listening to Mike Ladd's Majesticons LP Beauty Party (Big Dada Records, 2003), a continuation of the sci-fi theme he conjured for the Infesticons LP. The Majesticons album includes cameos by various rappers, all spectacular. I'm still just making out the individual songs, haven't gotten down to specific verses yet. I'm also enjoying Sleater-Kinney's The Woods (Sub Pop, 2005).
