I’ve Never Known About Words
I’ve never known about words
as much as I’ve wanted to.
Relegated to a time,
they don’t look for me.
I too, Auden, have
the best dictionaries that money can buy.
Pieces that line up
with distress.
Our life is arduous,
back there,
boiling.
I don’t want style,
but honesty.
